Treat Yourself Gourmet Popcorn wants more than anything for you to love our artisan, delectable, sweet, and savory popcorn snacks. We were hoping you could tell your family, friends, and co-workers how much you can’t get enough of the exciting, delicious Treat Yourself Gourmet Popcorn.
We guarantee you’ll be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things happen. We desire your online shopping experience to be a smooth one.

Include in the email subject Refund/Replacement Request your customer order number and attach photo/image(s) of your item(s) or incorrect popcorn snack included in your request.
We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return results from an error (if you received an incorrect item, etc.). The customer will receive a refund credited to the initial payment method for the order.
Please note that Treat Yourself Gourmet does not issue refunds or replacements for the following reasons:
- Product(s) being undeliverable due to incorrect address information you provided during checkout.
- The customer provided incorrect shipping information, requiring a re-route or other extension in delivery time.
- The customer ordered an incorrect product(s) and or the wrong quantity at checkout.
- The customer did not report a quality concern(s) within the shelf life of the product.
- The customer or the recipient refused delivery.
- The customer or recipient was not present at the time of the carrier delivery.
- The recipient did not like the product choice by the purchaser.
- Product(s) are still in transit with the shipping carrier.
- For circumstances that cause the package to be undeliverable due to recipients’ inability to take delivery on a given delivery date.
- Shipments are being returned to the shipping carriers’ location.
- Packages left outdoors that were damaged due to weather conditions.
- Problems at the delivery designated address location not caused by Treat Yourself Gourmet Popcorn.
- Product(s) unable to be delivered due to being shipped to a PO Box.
- Late shipments due to external events.
- Late shipments due to unspecified delivery dates.
- Late shipments due to wrong shipping selection
- Once the shipper receives proof of delivery, we are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
